Very Vegan Vanilla Porridge Bread

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (gas mark 4)
  2. Grease a 1.5lb bread tin with oil or vegan butter
  3. Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix up well
  4. Place in the oven for 50 minutes 
  5. Remove from the oven, remove the bread from the tin and put the bread back in the over for 10 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp / 5g smRt bake
  • 350g gluten free oats
  • 3 tbsp oat bran
  • 500ml tub Alpro vanilla dairy-free yogurt
  • 1.5 tsp bread soda
  • 50ml Alpro unsweetened almond milk
