METHOD

  1. Remove the core from the apple
  2. Peel the orange and the banana
  3. Place all the ingredients into a food processor or bowl for blending
  4. Add the water
  5. Blitz!
  6. Pour!
  7. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp smRt bake
  • 1 large apple, 1 orange, 1 small banana
  • Handful baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp raw unsalted cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds (linseeds, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
  • About 300ml water (use more for 3 people)
