Shipping and Returns
This section covers our shipping and returns policies for orders you make through our online shop at www.smrt.ie or in person.
Cost of shipping
For orders within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland we charge a shipping fee of €5. We use Fastway couriers for this service. If your order value is €45 or more, we will ship your order for free.
Currently we do not ship orders outside beyond the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. If you do want an order to be shipped beyond the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, please contact us via email@example.com.
Order processing and delivery
We aim to process your order within 1 to 2 working days, as long as the product or products are in stock, and deliver it within a further 2 to 3 days.
If the product or products you ordered are not in stock, which is highly unlikely, we will contact you by email and give you the expected delivery date. In this situation, if you decide not to proceed, we will cancel the order and issue you with a full refund.
We and our delivery partners do our best to make sure you get your order in the condition you expect and that you are happy with your order. If you want to cancel part of the order or the complete order, you need to email us via firstname.lastname@example.org, with the reason why you are returning the item(s), within 14 days of purchase.
If we deliver the wrong order to you, or the order is damaged, once we get the order or part-order back we will send the correct order, or the correct balance of the order, at our expense, or we will issue you with a full refund. In these cases we will also refund reasonable costs for you returning the item.
If you want to return the order, or part of the order, for any other reason, once we get the order or part-order back we will refund you the complete order, or we will refund the specific part-order (but not the original shipping cost). In this case you need to pay for returning the order or part-order.
Your returns must reach us within 28 days of purchase. The item(s) in your order must be unused and unopened, with their original packaging and labelling intact, and any other packaging inside the box.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In all cases of refund we can only refund against the card details used in the purchase.
